Having spent nearly 30 years in HR, most latterly as a Chief People Officer for a global Fin tech – I have now set up my own consultancy made up of the following elements:
· Fractional CPO work – where I can act in a senior capacity to SME, PE or VC backed businesses who are trying to scale or stabilise.
· Interim HR and Organisation design – typically I am approached when a company has either hit a crisis, needs urgent senior support or to change structure, culture, downsized or upscale.
· Executive Coaching– focused on C Suite and C Suite minus one, I typically coach people on a 121 basis for between 6 and 12 months.
· Executive Team coaching and Strategy Facilitation – I support Executive teams on a team level with gaining clarity, action orientation, and mobilisation around their strategy, becoming a high performing executive team and effective communication into the organisation to take the whole team “with them.”
